A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Sheffield, UK, he possesses a strong academic background in both law and international relations. Complemented by years of service in the Qatar Air Force, H.E. Al Attiyah brings exceptional strategic and international diplomatic experience to the table. He has played a vital role in promoting the diversification of Qatar's foreign policy and fostering stability and cooperation in the Middle East, establishing himself as a leader of significant international influence in the region.
